Womb Fire

A warming, spiced blend of rose, blue lotus, cinnamon, lady's mantle, and schisandra for your inner winter — the bleed, the rest, the release, and the blood that remembers. Small-batch, ceremonial, caffeine-free.

Rose, blue lotus, cinnamon, lady's mantle, schisandra.

Let this cup hold you while you shed.

For bleeding and for remembering. A warming cup for your inner winter — for the descent, the sacred release, and the permission to rest. She's made to companion you through the bleed: to hold you while you let go, to draw you inward, to honor the clean blood and the truth it carries. Reach for her when you need to retreat into the temple of the body — to listen, to dream what has been and what is coming, and to let the wild bleed be sacred rather than hidden.

This is not just your blood. This is your line, speaking. Drink to remember the mother behind the mothers — you, your mother, your grandmothers, and the Great Mother.

She is the red tent: the old practice of women withdrawing together to bleed, to rest, to vision — the moon lodge, the temple of retreat, the bleeding time honored as oracle, when the veil thins and you can dream backward and forward at once. Her faces are Isis, who through the blue lotus carries rebirth out of the dark water, and the Great Mother in both her dark and her light — the one who receives what is released and returns it as new life.

Her herbs are the old womb-allies: cinnamon, the inner fire that warms the winter; lady's mantleAlchemilla, "the little alchemist," the dew-gathering plant of the alchemists; schisandra, the berry of all five flavors, gathering you inward; rose, the heart that holds; and blue lotus, the dream-flower, opening the descent and the visioning. Earth and blood and dreaming, braided into one cup.

1–2 tsp, covered, 8–10 minutes. Boil the water, then let it cool a breath before pouring. Up to two cups a day, morning and night, during your bleed.

Warming and gently spiced from the cinnamon, rosy-sweet, with a tart berry edge from the schisandra and a light astringency — a warm, holding cup.

Energetically: warming, grounding, holding, inward — the remembering and the release.
