sutchaMUSE

A grounding, golden blend of moringa, damiana, tulsi, passionflower, licorice, and orange peel — for creativity, play, and your inner creatrix. Earth and sun in one cup: rooted in the body, open to the muse. Small-batch, ceremonial, caffeine-free.

Moringa, damiana, licorice root, tulsi, passionflower, orange peel.

A golden tea for creative ritual and play — for feeling light, fluid, and open to the muse. Rooted in your body and lifted toward inspiration at once: heaven and earth in one cup. Drink her when you're making, journaling, dancing — or whenever you need to remember your magic.

She came through in the height of summer — in full bloom, even as I walked through my own Internal Winter. That's the truest thing about the Muse: she doesn't wait for you to feel radiant. She comes through anyway.

She is maiden Brigid energy — the free spirit, the wanderer, the one who climbs trees and runs barefoot and dances in rivers. Inner child medicine. Brigid is the goddess of the fire of inspiration — not fire as destruction, but the spark in the head the Irish called imbas, poetic genius, the flame that lights when the muse arrives. Patron of poets, of the forge, and of healing — three fires, and her sacred flame at Kildare kept eternally burning. A Muse tea under Brigid is no loose association: she is the goddess of exactly this, the creative fire that wants to move through you.

Beside her stand two more faces of the making: Saraswati, the river goddess of music, art, and the word — flow itself, light and fluid — and Xochiquetzal, the maker's muse of flowers and pleasure. Three goddesses, one fire, gathered from across the whole earth — just as her herbs are: the moringa tree of life rooting heaven to earth, damiana's creative spark, tulsi's sacred clarity, passionflower softening the gate, licorice harmonizing the whole, and orange peel lifting it into radiance. The vessel, opening, with the divine moving up through it.

She is the tea of being rooted in your creations and open to divine inspiration at once — the balanced, playful, spirited human the divine co-creates through. The Muse loves to play.

1–2 tsp, covered, 8–10 minutes. Boil the water, then let it cool a breath before pouring. Drink her with others, in golden light, during creative ritual — or whenever you need to remember your magic.

Bright yellow in the cup, like the summer sun. On the tongue: grassy and earthy, gently sweet — green and grounding, with a light citrus-and-honey lift.

Energetically: creative fire, grounded inspiration, radiance, play.

Not for use during pregnancy or while nursing (contains licorice root, passionflower, and damiana). Licorice root can raise blood pressure and deplete potassium with regular or high use — consult your provider if you have high blood pressure or a heart or kidney condition, and don't take in large amounts daily over long stretches. Passionflower is gently sedative — take care before driving or alongside sedatives. Moringa, tulsi, and damiana may lower blood sugar — a gentle note if you manage diabetes or take blood-sugar medication. Not evaluated by the FDA; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition, check with your care provider first.
