Maiden Spark
A green, mineral-rich blend of red clover, moringa, nettle, and licorice root for your inner spring — replenishing the body after the bleed and meeting the fresh, rising clarity of the follicular phase. Small-batch, ceremonial, caffeine-free.
Red clover, moringa, nettle, licorice root.
Rising, fresh, and full of possibility.
For the first glimmer of return — energy rising, ideas forming, life stirring. A nourishing green cup for your inner spring: she's made to replenish and rebuild after the bleed, rich in the minerals that restore the body, and to meet the fresh clarity and momentum of the follicular rise. Reach for her when you're reemerging — when you want to feel vitality returning, the mind clearing, and the becoming begin. The ember before the flame. Light, but not yet blinding.
This is the spark of initiation — the beginning of a becoming. She is the Maiden of the triple goddess: the fresh, unbound, possibility-bright face of the feminine. And she is the return — Persephone rising up out of the underworld into spring, Inanna ascending from the realm of her dark sister Ereshkigal, remade by the descent. (If Womb Fire is the going-down, Maiden Spark is the coming-back-up.) Flora walks here too, the goddess of flowers and the green world, scattering the spring.
Her herbs are the return made medicine: nettle, the first green tonic of spring, iron-rich, rebuilding the blood the bleed released; moringa, the tree of life, deep nourishment for a body remaking itself; red clover, the maiden's three-leafed bloom, rising with the follicular tide; and licorice root, sweet and lifting, the harmonizer that lends staying power to the rise. Green, fresh, and full of beginning.
1–2 tsp, covered, 8–10 minutes. Boil the water, then let it cool a breath before pouring. Up to two cups a day, morning and night.
Grassy, green, and fresh — a clean spring-meadow cup, deeply green from the nettle and moringa with a soft hay-sweetness and a natural lift from the licorice.
Energetically: rising, clarifying, replenishing, fresh — the green return.
Not for use during pregnancy or while nursing (contains red clover and licorice root). Red clover is estrogenic — best avoided if you have a hormone-sensitive condition, and it carries a mild blood-thinning effect, so take care if you're on blood thinners or facing surgery. Licorice root can raise blood pressure and deplete potassium with regular or high use — consult your provider if you have high blood pressure or a heart or kidney condition, and don't take in large amounts daily over long stretches. Moringa and licorice may lower blood sugar — a gentle note if you manage diabetes or take blood-sugar medication. Not evaluated by the FDA; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition, check with your care provider first.
